Previous FTX President Sam Bankman-Seared has been captured in the Bahamas, in light of charges documented in the U.S.,

the Workplace of the Head legal officer of the Bahamas reported Monday.

Bankman-Broiled's capture "followed receipt of formal warning from the US that it has documented criminal allegations against SBF 

and is probably going to demand his removal," the principal legal officer's office said in an explanation.

The U.S. Lawyer's Office for the Southern Locale of New York affirmed Bankman-Broiled was in guardianship,

saying that the capture was made in view of a fixed prosecution. "We hope to move to unlock

the arraignment in the first part of the day and will have more to say around then" the SDNY said.

It was not quickly clear what the charges were, because of the fixed prosecution.

The Related Press recently detailed that controllers and the Equity Office were researching whether FTX utilized

client assets to back unsafe wagers at Bankman-Broiled's speculative stock investments, Alameda Exploration.

The Protections and Trade Commision said following fresh insight about the capture that it had "approved separate charges

connecting with [Bankman-Fried's] infringement of protections regulations, to be documented freely tomorrow in SDNY."
